The meeting commenced at 8.06 pm

The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Teams were asked to make sure that the score cards are correctly filled in, eg roll points missing, wrong date and team.
Pairs that didn’t turn up for their game were told that they still had to pay the 50p each for the sticker up.
The committee asked for feed back about presentation night and Christmas Party,
The Committee asked which was preferred Fixture Books or the way it was done for this season, it was explained that due to the hand over to the new committee and delays in getting access to the bank the leaflets were produced. The meeting voted to have the fixture Books, Helen was asked to find out the cost of printing the fixture books.
We explained that if a team had a skittles Match before playing the pairs match, they were allowed to have their rolls and go, not have to wait until the other team had completed 2 full rolls, as long as 1 member from the opposing team are present they could have all 5 rolls.
It was suggested that the Pairs competition be held in the open weeks but it was explained that because the men have different open weeks than the ladies it would be impossible also the open weeks can be used to play postponed matches.
It was brought up that some teams have shift workers on their teams and couldn’t always arrive before the last but 1 player on the away side had played,
It was voted in for next season provided the team was told before the game started and there were no reserves player
Ann White gave details of accounts for last season.
We were asked if in future the secretaries meeting could be held on 1st Monday of the Month.
